4.3 rz786 requires CNIC-based identity verification before permitting withdrawals and may require it before permitting deposits or access to certain Services. You must submit a clear, legible copy of your CNIC (both front and back) upon request. rz786 may additionally require a recent utility bill, bank statement, or a selfie photograph for enhanced verification.

4.4 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rz786 Account login credentials, including your registered mobile number, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. rz786 employees will never ask for your password under any circumstances.

4.5 You must notify rz786 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. rz786 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions or failed to notify rz786 promptly upon becoming aware of any breach.

5. Deposits and Payments

5.1 All deposits on the rz786 platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently accepted, subject to availability and applicable processing times:

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal requests on rz786 may only be made to a payment method that (a) is registered in your own name, and (b) has been used for at least one deposit on your rz786 Account, unless rz786 specifically approves an alternative withdrawal method in writing.

6.2 Account identity verification (CNIC verification as described in Section 4) must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals from unverified accounts will not be processed.

6.5 rz786 may withhold or delay a withdrawal if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, Terms violation, or pending bonus wagering requirements that have not yet been satisfied.

6.6 Bonus Funds are not directly withdrawable. Only real-money funds that have satisfied any applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn. The wagering requirements applicable to each specific bonus are stated in that bonus's individual terms.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 rz786 offers various promotional bonuses, cashback arrangements, free spins, and VIP rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, published at rz786.net/promotion, which must be read in conjunction with these Terms.

7.2 General bonus conditions applicable to all rz786 promotions unless otherwise specified:

1. Bonuses are available to eligible Account Holders aged 21 and above only;
2. Each promotion is limited to one claim per Account, per household, per IP address, and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise;
3. Bonus Funds are credited to a separate promotional balance and must meet the stated wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn;
4. rz786 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time;

7.3 rz786 reserves the right to withhold or void bonus winnings if it determines that a bonus has been claimed in bad faith or in a manner contrary to the spirit of the promotion, even if the specific conduct is not explicitly listed as prohibited.

8. Betting Rules

8.1 All bets placed on the rz786 sportsbook are subject to the rz786 Betting Rules, which form part of these Terms and are published at rz786.net. The Betting Rules govern match result confirmation, void bet conditions, in-play bet acceptance, and settlement procedures.

8.2 Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Bets submitted but not confirmed — for example, due to a network interruption — are not valid and will not be settled. rz786 is not responsible for technical failures on the user's side that prevent bet confirmation.

8.3 rz786 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted on any individual market or event, and to decline a bet without stating a reason. Maximum payout limits per event are displayed within the relevant betting market.

8.4 In the event of a manifest error — including, but not limited to, obviously incorrect odds resulting from human error or technical malfunction — rz786 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original stake to the Account Holder's PKR Wallet.

8.5 Cricket betting markets on rz786, including PSL matches, Pakistan international fixtures, and ICC events, are settled in accordance with the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body. Bets placed on matches that are subsequently cancelled or abandoned without a result will be voided and stakes refunded.

9. Casino Games

9.1 All casino games offered on the rz786 platform — including live dealer games, slot games, and any other game type — are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems where applicable, or real dealing equipment in live dealer environments.

9.2 rz786 casino game results are final once the game round has concluded and the result has been communicated to the client. rz786 is not responsible for losses arising from your misunderstanding of game rules — all game rules are available within each game's interface.

9.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game round that prevents the round from completing, the affected game round will be voided and the stake returned to your PKR Wallet. Historical game data in your rz786 account history will reflect the void outcome.

10. Prohibited Conduct

11. Account Suspension and Closure

11.1 rz786 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to pass or maintain identity verification requirements;
• Suspected fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal activity;
• Receipt of a chargebacks or payment dispute by the Account Holder;
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request;
• A determination that continued Account operation presents regulatory compliance risk.

11.2 You may request the closure of your rz786 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Pending bets will be settled in accordance with their normal terms. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to your verified withdrawal method after any required security checks are completed.

11.3 Accounts closed due to confirmed Terms violations will not be reopened. Real-money balances associated with accounts closed for fraud, money laundering, or serious Terms breaches may be withheld pending investigation.
